Technology Three Pty Ltd is a Gold Coast studio. This page is a short account of how we handle personal information on this site — not a dump of every clause we could copy.

What we collect

If you request an audit, we collect the details you send: first name, last name, business email, business type, and whatever you write about what’s getting in the way.

Analytics and advertising

We use Amplitude analytics, including session replay, to understand how people use the site and to improve it.

We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms) to measure how our ads perform. It records things like page views, views of a guide page and clicks on a guide’s Buy button, and Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta’s own privacy policy. Our guides are sold through Gumroad, which also uses the Meta Pixel on its product and checkout pages.

If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we keep the campaign details from that link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) in your browser’s session storage for that visit, and pass them on to Gumroad when you click Buy so we can tell which ads lead to sales. Session storage clears when you close the tab.

To opt out, you can block or clear cookies and trackers in your browser, use an ad or tracker blocker, or change your settings in Meta Ad Preferences.

What we do with it

We use audit-form details to reply to you and to talk about the work. We do not sell your details. We keep them only as long as we need them for that conversation or for ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we reasonably can. Australian Privacy Principles apply to how we handle personal information.
